Privilege Club Loyalty Program
In times of financial crisis and economic stagnation, looking for alternative marketing approaches to keep existing and attract new customer and at the same time enjoy their confidence are crucial for each and every business.
The Privilege Club Card program is a loyalty type program, part of the activities of the Privilege Club and is exactly this type of marketing tool by which merchants are building incremental sales from their best customers while giving new or infrequent customers a new reason to buy their products or shop at their stores.
The idea of the program is to create a virtual shopping mall offering diversified brands of products or services with discount from the merchant under one roof. Instead of making the customer caring a dozen discount or loyalty type cards, we decided to combine all them under one umbrella.

For the cardholders it is obvious, since the card is free of charge they only gain by having it. The card offers them attractive bonuses in different product niches, accumulating Reward points from every purchase and offering certain discounts for those products and services from the net price tags.

Since mid-December, 2011 the new program for 2012 is already a fact. 11,000 cards were distributed among the business in Bulgaria with the hope they will help the individual member of the club (the cardholders) decrease their expenses and save money as well as increase the flow of clients/consumers for the participating companies into the program.
