Corporate Membership The corporate membership in the Club is designed for retailers and companies who want to be part of our loyalty programs Privilege Club.
The Club offers three levels of corporate membership; Platinum, Golden and Silver packages. All of them are paid and the members receive certain benefits against their payment /see the packages details/.
How to become a corporate member and join the Club? When I will start enjoying the benefits of my membership? Regardless of the time you have join the Club as a corporate member, the new edition for the Privilege Club Loyalty program starts by the end of each calendar year and is valid for a period of exactly one year from the date the program is launched.
Do I have obligations as a corporate member of the Club? The only obligation you will have as a participant in the Privilege Club program is to provide a certain discount or certain bonuses for the individual members of the club. The type or the size of the discount or the bonuses are determined by you, according to your company marketing policies and are valid for one year.
Individual Membership in the Club
How I can join the Club as an individual member? By filling out the registration form on this web site. Once your registration is submitted and you have requested your Privilege Club loyalty card, we will issue it within 7 working days. After you have received your card you have to activate it at the same registration page so you can enjoy shopping at the participating retailers and companies locations.
Validity of the card Validity of the Privilege Club cards for the 2012 edition is from December 2011 till December of 2012.
After we have received your information submitted through the registration form, we will deliver your card within 7 working days with In Time UPS express courier. The card is free for you but you have to pay for the delivery. If you don’t want to pay for the express delivery you still can call us and arrange to pick it up personally from our office in Sofia or ask the card to be send by regular mail /if you choose this option we do not guarantee the delivery to your address. Issuing a second card will be charged at 5.00 BGN/.
If the card is lost or stolen? If you lose your card or it was stolen, please contact our office to request e new one. We will charge you 5.00 BGN for issuing a new card and you have to pay for shipping and handling 6.00 BGN.
